50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-70 years old; 2. Voluntarily participating in this project and signing informed consent; 3. Not diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia; 4. Han nationality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia at baseline; 2. Lack of blood samples; 3. Currently taking medication or dietary supplement to decrease cholesterol levels; 4. Suffering from cognitive decline or impairment caused by a history of cerebrovascular disease, depression, traumatic brain injury; 5. Currently taking medication or dietary supplement to improve cognitive function.
