Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients who will be scheduled for ablation for ventricular arrhythmias and agree to use propofol as preoperative anesthetic drug; 2. Ventricular arrhythmias burden greater than 20%; 3. No contraindication for EPS and ablation; 4. Aged from 18 to 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic lung disease, anesthesia risk; 2. Sevious congenital heart diseases, post myocardiac infarction, hypertrophic obstructive cardiamytopathy, dialated cardiacmyopathy; 3. With pregnancy; 4. With allergic history for Propofol; 5. Blood pressure less than 90/60mmHg.
