Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients aged=18 years; 2. Shock caused by various reasons, including hypovolemic shock, septic shock, cardiogenic shock, and obstructive shock. The diagnostic criteria of shock are: (1) There are inductive factors of shock; (2) Heart rate >100 bpm, systolic blood pressure 2 s), skin pattern, pale mucosa or cyanosis; urine output 1.5mmol/L. 1. Patients undergoing shock resuscitation at ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients unable to perform NIRS and TCD monitoring because of anatomic factors; (2) severe intracranial diseases (intracranial infection, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, intracranial surgery, etc.); (3) patients with carotid plaques or thrombosis; (4) patients with carotid or intracranial artery stenosis.
