Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 75 years old; The onset time within 2 weeks; Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; Removal of intracranial hemorrhage with head CT; Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous intracranial hemorrhage, including suspected subarachnoid hemorrhage; The history of traumatic brain injury in the last 3 months; There were gastrointestinal or urinary tract bleeding in the past 3 weeks;Over the past 2 weeks to carry out a large surgery; in the past 1 weeks, there is a puncture in the artery which is not easy to stop bleeding; Physical examination revealed evidence of active bleeding or trauma (such as fractures); Severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ function damage and blood disease; Anticoagulation, thrombolysis and fibrinolysis were carried out within 24 hours; There was a history of gout,asthma, peptic ulcer and anti platelet aggregation drug allergy or any other history of allergies;don't toletrate MRI test; Abnormal coagulation function (such as APTT abnormalities and platelet <100*10^9/L, etc.); Pregnancy and lactation; Cardioembolism.
