18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 to 65 years of age, normal development, both men and women; (2) BMI 18~25; (3) ASA I-II; (4) Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hip surgery; (5) Surgery is expected to be less than 2 hours; (6) Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Recently taking aspirin or heparin drugs, receiving anticoagulant therapy; (4) abnormal coagulation function; (5) local anesthetic allergy; (6) Bacteremia, sepsis and intended to puncture the site of infection; (7) Combined with neurological disorders, spinal disease (deformity or trauma), history of spinal surgery, lower extremity sensory abnormalities; (8) Hearing, vision, intelligence, the spirit of a significant exception and affect the communication; (9) secondary surgery patients; (10) Those who receive chronic pain treatment; (11) Participated in other trials in the last two months; (12) Researchers believe that this test should not be included.
