Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent; (2) Aged more than 18 Years; (3) Suspected as Coronary heart disease and Planned to execute Coronary angiography;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypersensitivity to iodine-containing compounds; (2) CKD stages 5 (eGFR<15ml/min per 1.73m2)or under Maintenance hemodialysis; (3) acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI); (4) NYHA class IV or hemodynamic instability; (5) Take CT, MRI and other examinations with contrast agents during the two weeks before study; take radiographic examination of other contrast agents during the study period.
