Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with ocular surface disorders requiring autologous serum therapy; 2. no history of systemic disease except eye diseases; 3. aged 18-60 years old, both sexes were available; 4. inform consent and agree to enroll in the study.

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with infectious diseases
