Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sepsis diagnostic criteria: sepsis (severe sepsis) refers to the infection caused by life-threatening organ dysfunction, SOFA = 2 points; ICU sepsis patients greater than 18 years old; ICU stay time> 24h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dying patients; 2. End stage of malignant tumors; 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
