18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old and elder; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Predicted operative time=1 hour; 4. Predicted one-lung veentilation time=1 hour; 5. Patients sigh informed consent freely.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction before surgery diagnosed by mMMSE; 2. Patients with anxiety disorder or mental disorders; 3. Patients with dementia,sequelae of stroke,cerebral hemorrhage or vital organ failure; 4. Patients with antamical disnormality(cyst on forehead or phlegmon),scar,wound or injury of forehead skin; Patients with any condition that resulting in unability to apply the senor of cerebral oximetry; 5. Patients with language barrier that cannot finish MMSE; 6. BMI=35kg/m2; 7. Patients participated in other clinical trial within 3 months after enrollment.
