18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 60; 2. Renal-biopsy evidenced as DKD; 3. Urine protein levels more than 0.5g per day; 4.eGFR=60ml/min/1.73m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who suffered from other kidney diseases, such as primary glomerular disease, other secondary kidney disease, kidney tumors, renal cysts and kidney stones. 2. Participants who suffered from digestive diseases, including peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhea, etc. 3. Participants who suffered from autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. 4. Participants who suffered from severe cardiovascular disease, such as heart failure, unstable angina, myocardial infarction. 5. Participants who suffered from chronic wasting disease, such as cancer. 6. Participants who suffered from chronic infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis, viral hepatitis. 7. Participants who suffered from mental illness that could not finish the test. 8. Pregnant or lactating women. 9. Alcohol addicts or other drug addicts. 10. Participants who could not provide informed consent. 11. Any other participants who are not suitable to participate in the project judged by investigators of this study.
