18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.T2DM duration less than 10 years with endocrine function of pancreatic islets remained; 2.BMI 27.5 to 40; 3.Aged between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2.No function of B cells of pancreatic islets; 3.Gestational diabetes mellitus; 4.Drug or alcohol abuse and uncontrollable mental disorder; 5.Patients with poor compliance in alteration of diets and life style; 6.Intolerance of surgery or anesthesia because of poor body condition.
