18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) T2DM duration less than 10 years with endocrine function of pancreatic islets remained; (2) 27.5<BMI<40; (3) Aged between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes mellitus; (2) No function of B cells of pancreatic islets; (3) Gestational diabetes mellitus; (4) Drug or alcohol abuse and uncontrollable mental disorder; (5) Patients with poor compliance in alteration of diets and life style; (6) Intolerance of surgery or anesthesia because of poor body condition.
