18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. do not use systemic glucocorticoid for at least one month; 2. be diagnosed as nasal polyps according to EPOS; 3. aged >= 18 years, no gender or race limitation; 4. voluntarily participate in the study, follow the study regulations, and voluntarily sign written informed consent; 5. male weight > 50kg, female weight > 40kg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. autoimmune diseases( e.g. lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic vasculitis, granulomatous disorder), tumor, hematological system diseases, coagulation disorders, immunodeficiency or organ transplantation history; 3. acute infectious disease, upper respiratory infection, or symptoms of systemic inflammation( e.g. fever, chills and so on); 4. serious metabolic, cardiovascular, immunological, neurological, hematological, digestive, cerebrovascular or respiratory diseases, or other diseases which may interfere with the study results or impact the safety of the participants; 5.currently participate in other clinical studies or staff who directly participate in this study; 6. psychiatric history, against character, unfavored motive, paranoid or other emotional and mental problems, which may impact the validity of informed consent.
