Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients (older than 18 years old) with invasive ventilation greater than 48h in diaphragmatic dysfunction. And meet the following screening conditions before weaning: 1. Induced respiratory failure of primary disease has been basically restored, and no new disease; 2. No serious arrhythmia, shock, severe infection and related complications, no motor neuron disease, chest and abdomen breathing movement coordination and no sternocleidomastoid muscle over-movement; 3. conscious or simple mental state examination scale(MMSE) score> 10 points; 4. Hb=90g/L; 5. No application of hyperensob or little dose of vasoactive drugs.Dopamine or norepinephrine <5 ~ 10ug / kg. Min); 6. No continuous application of depressant; 7. Have spontaneous breathing ability, cough reflex exist; 8. Oxygenation index: PaO2 / FiO2 = 200, PEEP = 5cmH2O, PaO2=60mmHg, and FiO2 = 40%, PH = 7.25; 9. No application of neuromuscular blocking agents; 10. neuromuscular blocking agents signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unilateral pulmonary ventilation 1. Pregnancy, end-stage cancer patients, minors; 2. Cardiac, kidney and other organ severe damaged not corrected; 3. Severe malnourished patients; 4. Severe acid-base imbalance, electrolyte imbalance without correction; 5. Severe coagulation dysfunction without correction; 6. Acute stroke, unstable spinal injury; 7. Acute impatient infarction, deep vein thrombosis in patients; 8. Informed consent rejected.
