Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Histological proved mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma; 2) stage I; 3) non conjunctival lesion; 4) Voluntary patients with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) system metastasis; 2) Known other primary malignant diseases; 3) Severe basic diseases: hypertension, cardiovascular disease, history of mental disease or allergy.
