Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with clear mind and normal language communication; 2. The time of fracture and surgery must be in 9 days; 3. No cerebrovascular disease and mental disease; 4. Patient with the diagnosis of lower limb fracture by X-ray; 5. The sex ratio in half; no age limit; 6. Initial screening value of D-dimer is higher than 0.55mg/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Increased venous return may pose a risk to the heart (congestive heart failure); 2. Patients suffering from malignant tumor; 3. History of severe liver and kidney disease; 4. Cardiac insufficiency; 5. History of cerebral hemorrhage; 6. History of heparin allergy; 7. Anticoagulant was used in 2 weeks before hospitalized; 8. History of DVT; 9. History of pulmonary embolism or thrombophlebitis.
