18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 55 years; 2. Receive the 14C breath test and HPS test; 3. No systemic treatment of anti-HP and periodontal therapy AND no intake of any antibiotics within six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not complete general oral examination under the guidance of researches; 2. History of smoking; 3. Severe systemic diseases occurred in heart, lung and kidney, etc.; 4. The medical history and clinic manifestation of blood platelet disorders and disturbance of blood coagulation; 5. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 6. Aggressive periodontitis and some periodontitis reflecting systemic diseases; 7. Other conditions researches think not put into the research.
