20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women with breast cancer never take chemotherapy or first take the neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. aged between 20 and 60 years; 3. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II level; 4. BMI 20 ~ 28 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women with breast cancer have ever taken chemotherapy; 2. Patients allergic to anesthetic drugs; 3. Patients with hypoproteinemia, cardiopulmonary dysfunction or moderate or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe circulatory insufficiency; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients taking psychotropic drugs,neurologic drugs or drinking for a long time.
