Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with single-segment thoracolumbar burst fracture treated from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital; TLICS ? 4 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fractures; osteoporotic vertebral fractures; combined with the head, chest and other injuries; combined with other medical diseases can not surgery; the original patients with neurological disorders
