Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients were fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for Trochlear nerve palsy; 2. bilateral affected; 3. Male and female aged 18 years and older; 4. patients' primary disease were controlled into stationary stage; 5. patients assigned the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. involvement of other ocular motor nerve palsies; 2. patients who had extraocular muscles or strabismus surgery; patients with bleeding tendency (dysfunction of hemostasis); 3. patients with mental disorders or unconsciousness; 4. patients who had attend other clincal trail; 5. women who had a positive pregnant test; 6. patients who had muscular disease such as thyoid dysfunction or myasthenia gravis.
