Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis is established in all the patients by rectal biopsy, anorectal manometry and contrast barium enema before the surgery;2.Be willing to attend the test, sign the informed consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.not accord with Hirschsprung's disease diagnoses standards; 2. with heavy cardiovascular, hepatic,nephritic or hemopoietic system diseases;
