60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1) aged more than 50 years, without hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, smoking or drinking; 2) hypertension, with lacunar infarction or not, with white matter lesion, lacunar infarction, micro hemorrhage, enlargement of the space around the blood vessels in imaging of brain; 2. be willing to accept the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subarachnoid hemorrhage, large vascular disease
