18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients under general anesthesia surgery with mechanical ventilation more than 4 hours; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. aged 18-80 years, man or woman.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic lung diseases(asthma,COPD,pulmonary heart disease); 2. patients with HIV,HBV,HCV,HDV,or immune therapy; 3. patients with pneumonia recently; 4. patients with mechanical ventilation recently; 5. thrombotic diseases; 6. Children and women during pregnancy
