Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of stage III and above pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (reference AJCC-TNM stage); 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. Patients without treatment before (primary, no history of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy); 4. KPS score =80; 5. Blood routine examination, main organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney function is normal. WBC=3.5×109/L, ANC =1.5×10^9/L, PLT=100×10^9/L, Hb=80g/L, serum total bilirubin =1.5×normal value upper limit, ALT, AST, or AKP =2.5×normal value upper limit, urea nitrogen, creatinine=1.25 x normal value upper limit; 6. Run enhanced CT and laryngofiberscopy before recruitment; 7. Pathology examination (the degree of differentiation, immunology index - Ki - 67, EGFR, HPV); 8. Patients should sign the informed consent and follow the doctor's advice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distant metastasis; 2. There are uncontrolled seizures, central nervous system disorders or loss insight due to mental illness; 3. With serious and uncontrollable infection; 4. Main organ function is not complete (including the heart, lungs, liver, kidney, etc.); 5. Have other malignant tumors in two years.
