Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are collected from the Department of GastroenterologyPeoples Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 1, 2015 to July 31,2016.They are diagnosed as PUD acording to gastroscope, positive for 13C/14 C-urea breath tests, not received H.pylori eradication treatment previously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to any drug in the treatment perscription; 2. women during pregnant stage and breast-feed stage; 3. serious heart, brain and lung diseases; 4. have used PPI, H2 receptor antagonists, antibiotics in the past four weeks; 5. participated in other clinical studies in the past three months; 6. the malignant tumor of digestive tract.
