Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Randomly selected 40 elderly people in Chengdu, which meet the following requirements: 1. Middle-aged with BMI 18.5 ~ 23.9kg/m2, while the elderly 20.0 ~ 26.9kg/m2; 2. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) or fasting blood glucose is higher or abnormal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics were administered within 3 months before the start of the study; 2. Suffering from organic disease or a major disease; 3. Can not tolerate this test.
