18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80 years old; (2) Meeting the diagnosis of Rome IV criteria; (3) Colonoscopy, anal diagnosis, etc. to exclude organic disease; (4) No acupuncture treatment for constipation in the previous 3 months; (5) Never joined any other trial in progress in the previous 3 months; (6) Volunteered to join this research and signed the informed consent; (7) Competent and willing to complete stimulation at home.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to sign informed consent; (2) Taking prokinetic drugs, anticholinergic drugs or dopaminergic drugs recently; (3) Have Abdominal surgery history; (4) Patients with diabetes or other metabolic diseases; (5) Patients with hepatobiliary disease; (6) Pregnancy or intention to become pregnant during trial; (7) Allergy to device components; (8) The patients who refused to retain the stool and blood samples.
