Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to GOLD2016 guidelines were diagnosed with COPD; 2. Since September 2016, outpatient treatment of plateau COPD patients (since the acute aggravating stability more than 4 weeks); 3. A written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is in progress before into the group of AECOPD (due to disease progression using a short-acting bronchi relaxation frequency increases; the short-term use of systemic corticosteroids or (and) antibiotics for 3 days and above; acute aggravating result in emergency rooms or in the hospital); 2. With limited caused air or other diseases such as bronchial asthma of lung volume reduction, etc; 3. Don't want to sign a consent form; 4. With other active and chronic respiratory system diseases needs to be diagnosed, treated.
