Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 16-95 years; 2. The GCS score of 15; 3. CT or MR in the diagnosis of chronic subdural hematoma; 4. No indications of emergency operation; 5. No - pulmonary insufficiency, no liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. No atorvastatin taboo; 7. No clear contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is emergency surgery patients with syndrome of chronic subdural hematoma; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Taking atorvastatin contraindications; 4. There is existing drilling drainage for operation contraindication of chronic subdural hematoma patients; 5. Can not complete the follow-up of patients.
