Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 35 to 80 years old; 2) With confirmed diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke by image scanning and confirmed pathogen of atherosclerosis; 3) Symptoms related to ischemic lesion; 4) Time onset from 14 days to 3 month; 5) With confirmed diagnosis of intracranial arterial stenosis by CTA or DSA without intracranial artery occlusion; 6) Without any contraindications of MRA scan; 7) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) 1 times the upper limit value of creatinine, creatinine clearance rate is less than 30ml/min; 2) allergic to iodine and other contrast agents; 3) Watian drinking water test was 4; 4) mRS classification for 5; 5) the patients with severe heart disease, heart failure, liver dysfunction, renal failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, hemorrhage of digestive tract are not expected to complete 1 years of follow-up; psychiatric patients; other reasons can not take medicine on time; pregnant and lactating women; participating in other clinical trials of patients.
