18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Meet the criteria for the diagnosis of acute phase of ischemic stroke issued by Chinese Society of Neurology, CMA; 3. First episode, or recurrence but no sequelas from last episode such as hemiplegic paralysis and no influence on current NIHSS score evaluation. For recurrent patients, mRS score should <1 before latest episode; 4. NIHSS score 4-22; 5. Dyslipidemia, (TG =4.14mmol/L[160mg/dl], or LDL-C =2.59mmol/L [100 mg/dL]), including patients regularly using statins 6. Received standard therapy of acute ischemic stroke, and received JX-DELP extracorporeal lipid apheresis treatment (once in Day 1 and Day 3 respectively after admission); 7. Voluntarily joined the study and signed informed consent, authorized the researchers to use the clinical data in analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy less than 6 months due to comorbidities; 2. Still in other clinical trial in 3 months; 3. Serious disturbance of consciousness or psychiatric patients, unable to cooperate; 4. Consider as unsuitable to the study by physicians; 5. Has a bleeding tendency or severe coagulation disorders(including pregnant women).
