Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute ischemic stroke patients that revieve recanalization treatment between May 1st, 2016 at 00:00 hours and May 31st, 2016 at 23:59 hours. Early neurological deterioration is defined as NIHSS score increase 4 or more within 72 hours after recanalization treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who recieve vascular racanalization treatment in hospitals which are not included in this study; 2. mRS>2 before the ischemic stroke onset; 3. Patients who have other central nervous comorbidities; 4. Recanalization treatment is terminated by non-central nervous factors; 5. Data missed or loss to follow-up. Patients who are discharged will not be included again if they readmission in short peroid without second recanalization treatment.
