20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years, BMI18 -25 kg / m2; 2. Right hand; 3. Junior high school or higher; 4. No past history of any serious disease, no asthma, no propofol-allergy history, no history of anesthesia adverse events, no head trauma, no mental and neurological diseases; 5. No history of drug abuse, no history of alcohol, no history of drug addiction; no history of using drugs that affect the central nervous system and experimental results; 6. No contraindications to MRI examinations such as vascular clamps or metal grafts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Claustrophobia; 3. Coughing or head movement during the trial, without collaboration with the researchers; 4. Significant respiratory depression during the trial, Sp02 <92% even with giving oxygen through nasal catheter; 5. Revealing abnormalities in the brain during fMRI scanning.
