18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with hypersplenism caused by liver cirrhosis; 2. patients with hypersplenism caused by portal vein tumor thrombus (incomplete obstruction).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with portal vein or splenic vein thrombi diagnosed by CT examination; 2. Patients who received treatment of drugs known to influence hemodynamics of portal vein or splenic vein, such as b-blockers; 3. Patients with other interventional treatment, such as peritoneovenous shunt; 4. Patients with obvious arteriovenous shunt were excluded.
