18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed by pathology or cytology initial treatment III - IV NSCLC patients with tumor; (2) after 2-4 chemotherapy cycles,evaluated SD above,entering maintainence phase,within one month after the chemotherapy ends; (3) ECOG score: 0-3, KPS score:=50; (4) expected survive period = 3 months; (5) aged from 18 to 75 years; (6) signed informed consent, good adherence.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients without pathological or cytological diagnosis of NSCLC; (2) women during pregnancy or lactation, psychiatric patients; (3) patients with severe uncontrolled organic disease or infection, such as decompensated heart, lung, kidney failure etc. that can't tolerate chemotherapy; (4) patients in other clinical trials; (5) patients allergic to study drug; (6) patinets with history of using targeted drug.
