Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients meeting all of the criteria were selected: 1) signing the informed consent form; 2) age greater than or equal to 14 years; 3) early stage or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (T1-3N0-2M0, T4N0-1M0, N2 patients with one-station mediastinal lymph node metastasis were selected), and other thoracic cancer patients who received definitive radiotherapy; 4) without contraindications to radiotherapy; 5) survival was expected to be greater than or equal to 6 months; 6) adequate organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) receiving palliative radiotherapy; 2) can not understand the purpose of treatment or would be unwilling or unable to sign informed consent; 3) with no civil capacity or with limited capacity for civil conduct; 4) other situations unsuitable for clinical research.
