Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 yrs old, male or female; 2. Membranous nephropathy proved by renal pathology; 3. Eliminate secondary membranous nephropathy (HBV, HCV, malignant tumor, SLE, autoimmune disease or drug associated MN).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without renal biopsy; 2. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 3. Complicated with other sever organic and functional disorder; 4. Disable patients; 5. The patients have been participating in other researches.
