Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-60 years old ischemic stroke patients admitted within 7 days of stroke onset; (2) The patients should have intracranial artery stenosis (50%-99%) of middle cerebral artery diagnosed by MRA; (3) All enrolled patients should understand the study protocol and agree with Informed consent file and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Any cardiogenic embolism; (2) Intracranial or extracranial interventional therapy or surgery within 1 month before stroke onset; (3) Future interventional therapy or surgery of the intracranial stenotic artery; (4) Intracranial tumor, arteriovenous malformation and aneurysm; (5) Contradiction of MRI; (6) Life expectancy is less than 1 year due to severe, life threatened complications.
