Inclusion criteria: Choose the patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in the selected hospitals during the period from December 2016 to June 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients under general anesthesia with long term mechanical ventilation or tracheotomy.
