18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. increasing space of the anterior teeth in the recent 3 years; 2. no more than 3 molars were lost, the pulp vatality of the anterior teeth is normal, with opposing teeth; 3. systmic health, with no periodontal treatment during the last 6 months, with no antibiotics during the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactation women; 2. possible drugs that cause gingiva hyperplasia; 3. trauma of anterior teeth.
