Group A: Patients with normal liver function:Anti-GVHD prophylaxis drugs+ Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate
Group B: Patients with normal liver function:Anti-GVHD prophylaxis drugs+ Atomolan
Group A: Patients with abnormal liver function: Anti-GVHD prophylaxis drugs+ Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant, no limit for age, gender; 2. underlying diseases were blood diseases before transplantation; 3. sick anytime before transplantation; 4. pre-transplant conditioning regimen is not limited; 5. at least two kinds of preventive anti-GVHD drugs containing conventional anti-immunosuppression (cyclosporine, methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, methylprednisolone, mycophenolate mofetil, and anti-CD-25 monoclonal antibody); 6. donors and recipients HLA matched no limitation; 7. patients with abnormal liver function refers that a group of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase increased, and if the bilirubin increased, it can not exceed 10% of the normal low value; 8. If the patient is positive for hepatitis B, hepatitis B DNA level in patients was needed for the low replication state and normal liver function was required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. second line patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. first line patients with autologous stem cell transplantation and this line patients with allogeneic stem cell transplantation; 3. vital organs (heart, lungs, brain) patients with severe disease; 4. patients with positive hepatitis B, and HBV DNA levels in patients with high levels of replication; 5. Patients with hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, or hepatitis E.
