Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with liver cirrhosis who received TIPS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intake of antibiotics or cathartics in one week before TIPS; 2. History of neurological or mental diseases; 3. Hemolytic jaudice or obstructive jaudice; 4. Dermatomyositis or polymyositis; 5. Acute cornary syndrome, myocarditis or heart failure in one month before TIPS; 6. History of trauma in one month before TIPS; 7. Intake of warfarin, heparin or antiplatelet drugs in one week before TIPS; 8. Comordity of malignant tumors; 9. History of inflammatory bowel disease,or infectious diarrhea in one month before TIPS.
