Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included retrospective analysis and prospective analysis. Uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, MRSE were collected 1day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months after SMILE surgery performed by one doctor. 180 patients were included in the retrospective analysis by evaluating the spherical deviation 3 months after the surgery, patients age: 18-45 years, pre-operative spherical equivalent(SE): spherical -2.25~-9.50, cylinder 0~-4.25; central corneal thickness (CCT): 485~600um, corneal curvature: 39.0~47.7D, NCT n21mmHg. Multiple regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the SE deviation and multiple factors. In the prospective analysis which was based on the result of retrospective analysis, 30 patients in 2014.12~2015.5 were selected, targeted SE was +0.50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suction loss lead to operation break off.
