healthy nonsmokers,asymptomatic healthy smokers,patients with asthma, patients with COPD,patients with ACOS.:specific treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the diagnosis of COPD, asthma or ACOS based on the the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease criteria,the Global Initiative for Asthma criteria and the consensus-based description of ACOS respectively; 2. Aged between 18 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects with clinical significance of cardiac, renal, hepatic and cerebral insufficiency; 2.Subjects with history of autoimmune disease; 3. subjects had the judgment may interfere with the rest of the subjects' ability to participate in this study the clinical significance of medical status, mental status, or laboratory abnormalities.
