65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged>65 years old, ASA II-III; or aged between 18-65 years old, ASA II-III, major surgery (thoracotomy, laparotomy or duration of surgery > 3 hours); 2. need invasive artery blood pressure monitoring.(depends on patient's condition).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient can't be measured noninvasive cuff blood pressure and noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure at the same time; 2. not suitable for noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure; 3. weight180kg; 4. height 198cm; 5. participate in other clinical trial within 3 mouths.
