Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Defined as severe burn according to the National Burn meeting designated burn standard and II degree -III degree burn area not less than 80% of the whole body; 2. Aged 20-50 years old; 3. stable mood normal mental and Cooperate with our treatment; 4. Sign a consent form and complete the related clinical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe wound infection, malignant tumor, venous thrombosis, active tuberculosis
