Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant medical or obstetric morbidity, history of allergy to bupivacaine, contraindication for spinal aneshtesia, spinal puncture failure, inconformity of spinal spread in both sides.
