Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20 to 82 years; 2) either ST-ACS or NST-ACS meet the standard WHO definition of provisions; 3) Underwent PCI after coronary angiography successfully; 4) Taken antibody therapy of aspirin and P2Y12 receptor inhibitors after PCI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Had undergone recent surgery, suffered major trauma, a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, intracranial bleeding, severe cerebral infarction history, or now in the active phase of peptic ulcer; 2)Had the history of taking warfarin, rivaroxaban, dabigatran and cilostazol IIb, IIIa receptor antagonists and other drugs; 3) Had contraindications of aspirin or P2Y12 receptor antagonist (clopidogrel, ticagrelor); 4) Clopidogrel resistance (CR) patients:TEG showed that induced platelet inhibition rate of ADP<30%; 5) Severe heart failure, echocardiography showed EF was less than 35%; Moderate and severe liver dysfunction Severe renal insufficiency; 6) Serious blood diseases, immune system diseases and respiratory diseases; 7) Application of moderate or severe CYP3A inhibitors (diltiazem, voriconazole, etc.) or CYP3A inducers (rifampin, phenytoin); 8) Allergies or bleeding diathesis patients; 9) Women who had poor compliance, pregnant or lactating; 10) Due to associated with other diseases, life expectancy is less than one year.
