Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who met a clinical diagnosis of DSM-V of schizophrenia; 2. Men or women aged 15 to 60 with no alcohol and substance dependence or history of other central nervous system diseases, and no serious physical illness or chronic medication history; 3. First-episode antipsychotic-naive (FEAN) or relapsed cases who haven't taken antipsychotic drugs within a month, FEAN patients repeatedly admitted can be enrolled again at relapse if the psychiatrist judges that there is no need to change the treatment algorithm,which is restricted to monotherapy (olanzapine/risperidone); 4. Patients who were given either of the following antipsychotic treatment (atypical antipsychotics group: clozapine, olanzapine, risperidone, aripiprazole; typical antipsychotic haloperidol). Clinical treatment dose were measured by the doctors according to the patients condition. The experimenters only record cases and drug-related information; 5. Patients can take trihexyphenidyl, alprazolam as symptomatic treatment when they have extrapyramidal adverse reactions, but can not take other antipsychotic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with congenital QT prolongation or arrhythmia syndrome; 3. Schizophrenia patients with consolidation of the following diseases, such as epilepsy, Alzheimer's, alcohol and drug abuse, serious clinical somatic and mental disorders 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women, or women who plan to having a baby during the study period.
