Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteer to participate and the informed sign consent form; 2. 18 years of age or older, male or female; 3. essential hypertension patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) according to NYHA classification, cardiac function as grade IV and acute left heart failure patients; 2) patients with secondary hypertension; 3) primary cardiomyopathy; 4) patients with acute cerebral vascular accident, chronic renal insufficiency; 5) patients with chronic respiratory disease; 6) patients with cirrhosis and acute or chronic hepatitis; 7) patients with diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine and metabolic diseases; 8) patients with anemia of heart disease; 9) patients with mild to moderate anemia; 10) patients with congenital heart disease and valvular heart disease; 11) patients do not agree to fill in the informed consent.
